As the resident House Doctor for Times Online since Nov 2004, Rachel ran a monthly House Clinic on their Property Section where 10 questions a month were answered from e-mails sent in by the general public. Since the re-brand of Times Online in Spring 2007 she has continued to supply Q&A’s on an adhoc basis, subject to her work commitments.
