The process
An initial 1-hour verbal consultation at the property (minimum of £75 plus VAT depending on the size of the property). If the project is to be taken on by RCI, then a cost estimate will be provided.

- To secure a tenant for an investment property, presentation is key. RCI provide a bespoke furniture and accessories package (or potentially work with some of the furniture that you have) to ensure that your property is viewed in it’s best light.
