Before: Local show flat for new Property developers
Background
A newly formed development company had started on their first project of 14 apartments with underground parking. They looked to the estate agent who were going to be marketing the apartments to recommend a local interiors company to provide assistance with the internal specifications and for the designing and furnishing of the show apartment.
Solution
Several onsite meetings were held to assist with discussions on the appropriate fixtures and fittings within the development and mood boards were provided to show how the show flat design would meet the developers brief.
Result
Even though the completion of the show apartment ran over the allocated timings, RCI worked around the team on site to complete the show flat for the required launch date. The Developers and the Estate Agent were thrilled with the overall result, which met their brief and has resulted in several sales being achieved within a few weeks of the opening launch date.
