Before: 4-storey Victorian townhouse redesign and refurbish
Background
The Clients had bought the property a few years previously and wanted to redesign and refurbish the interior to make it reflect their personalities and bring the property up to date.
Solution
Over a three month period, a full re-decoration was applied including all new window treatments, new furniture and kitchen and bathrooms redesigned and fitted.
Result
A blend of contemporary and traditional styling was introduced through the mix of new furniture, lighting and fabrics, creating a prestigious family home with scope for lots of entertaining. Having had the work completed and a new valuation done, the refurbishment put the increase in the property value at over double the money invested in the refurbishment.
