Before: Professional landlord grows rental portfolio
Background
A regular client who’s a professional landlord in our area wanted a makeover on a property as his current tenant was moving out at the end of the tenancy period.
Solution
We provided a full decoration and furnishing solution enabling the client to use some items of traditional furniture which he had available in his storage facility. The makeover brought the property up to date, looking light and fresh for the next tenant.
Result
The estate agents had several people on their books looking for furnished apartments and a few viewings were booked in, as we were still finishing off the makeover. Two young executives moving to the area, loved the feel of the flat and agreed to sign up for it even before they saw the finished result. They were delighted with the transformation, as was the client.
