Before: Sleek new look for 5 bed home
Background
Our client had purchased the property as a base for when he was working in the UK. He wanted a sleek, contemporary backdrop to set off his interesting Thai sculptures, bespoke pieces of furniture and ornaments that he would be shipping over. A few external tweaks were required to add a bit more ‘presence’ to this detached property.
Solution
Over a three month period, we provided the full interior design service and purchased all new furniture. We installed new security gates and lighting down the driveway, and painted the garage doors and exterior windows, bringing the exterior of the property up to pristine condition. This project involved working very closely with our building team to ensure a high standard of specification through to finish was achieved whilst the client was abroad on business.
Result
A contemporary and highly finished home, reflecting the imagery/style discussed at the beginning of the project with the client. The house has a consistency of colours, textures and materials that run throughout, creating a natural flow from one room to another. With the addition of a large conservatory, the property was valued at £300k over the purchase price in 6 months.
